为教职员工提供咨询角信息

c当学生需要帮助时

Faculty and staff are often on the front lines for students in distress. Many students view professors and staff members as confidants, role models or friends. 这一点在电大尤为明显, where our small classes and family atmosphere are a big part of our campus culture.

We have a shared responsibility to respond to students with care and compassion for their personal well-being as well as concern for their academic success. You are welcome to call the Office of 辅导及就业服务 to consult with one of our staff about how to best help a student.

Our licensed counselors are equipped to help students deal with short-term issues like depression, 焦虑, 恐惧症, 感情问题, 愤怒管理, 沟通问题, 对失败的恐惧等等.
