如果您目前在ENMU注册，则 家庭教育权利和隐私法(FERPA) provides you with certain rights with respect to your educational records. Educational records mean those records that are directly related to you and maintained by ENMU or by a party acting for ENMU, with some exceptions.

Student Consent for Access to Educational Records

当你是ENMU的学生, you have the right to consent to disclosure of personally identifiable information contained in your educational records. You must complete a Student Consent for Access to Educational Records Form 允许大学发布你的信息, 然而, please note while this consent form authorizes ENMU to release educational records to third parties, 它并不要求电大这样做. ENMU reserves the right to review and respond to requests for release of educational records on a case-by-case basis.
